Before Serv, Nickhil led Product and Design at Grove Collaborative through its IPO and held senior product roles at Amazon, including Head of Product for Alexa Mobile and leader on the Marketplace Virtual Seller AI team. With deep expertise in AI, commerce, and user experience, Nickhil is focused on giving service businesses the same cutting-edge tools used by the world's top tech companies.

Jackson Nicolas is the Co-founder and CTO of Serv, where he's redefining how home service brands sell online—bringing the seamlessness of e-commerce to blue-collar industries. Before Serv, Jackson founded Accend, a martech platform used by Fortune 100 companies like Sony, Adobe, and Genentech to personalize digital experiences at scale.
